About the Client 

NuvoAir wants to fundamentally change the way healthcare is delivered. Providing a more patient and human-centric experience in a healthcare system that is still very broken and far too complex to navigate. Whether patients are enrolled into clinical services or clinical trials platform, empowering them and put them back in the driving seat.

 

Challenge
Outdated website that does not clearly emote the innovative technology and forward thinking ideas behind their services and products.

Solution
Deep dive into a discovery session of functionality, clear presentation of products and services, technical implementation of language/content translation and focus per location (U.S. based vs European).

From internal company interviews, surveys, competitive analysis of website audits to audience identification, the research phase for NuvoAir was to create a deeper understanding of the public market and internal business goals. Defining phase and roadmapping the user journey through strategy and information architecture. With a focus on prioritizing solutions & services for NuvoAir, this sitemap is to understand the logical and easiest journey for each user to navigate.

Complete Adobe XD pack-up of assets with exports, colors, functionality, links, content, photography, and artfiles and passed to development for 6-8 weeks.

Using a task management website to quality assure and submit tickets on functionality and testing.
